2) Two-step payment

1️⃣ First, you pay only for the artwork.
2️⃣ After professional packaging, I provide the exact shipping cost, calculated according to the final size and weight of the packaged piece.

This approach ensures a clear and fair calculation — without overcharges or unexpected fees.

Once the payment is confirmed, the artwork moves into the preparation stage.

Shipping

I ship worldwide via DHL Express or UPS — reliable international couriers with full shipment insurance.

The shipping cost depends on:

• the destination country,

• the final dimensions and weight of the packaged artwork,

• the courier’s official rates at the time of dispatch.

The delivery price is calculated individually for each artwork.
Customs clearance fees are already included in the total shipping cost.

I always choose the safest and most affordable option available for your location.

Packaging & Timeframe

Professional packaging, insurance arrangements and preparation for international shipping take:

⏳ 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Quality Control

Before dispatch, I provide:

• photo and video documentation of the packaging process.

This ensures complete transparency and peace of mind for the buyer.

Returns

If the shipment is refused or returned, all expenses for shipping, customs processing and return delivery are covered by the buyer.
