An artist who also writes like this — that’s a real rarity. I have a deep love for symbolists. Respect

Silver Girl
2017, mixed media, 40×70 cm
Legend of the Image
They say She appeared — in silver, standing tall, with a small vessel in her hand. She didn't walk — she floated, like a shadow across someone else's light. Everything around her seemed to belong to her, yet she did not create — she took. Her shine was external. Her coins were gathered along paths not her own.
But the vessel remained empty.
The shadow behind her said nothing. It did not ask, nor judge. It knew: what is taken without the heart will never fill you. Even the brightest facade will one day tarnish.
The image was etched onto the canvas — a memory of what emptiness looks like when it wears the mask of strength.
“Emptiness never disappears — it only changes shape. But it always returns to itself.”
Story of Creation
The canvas was born at a time when light and shadow were waging their silent battle. It was not an attempt to portray a person, but a state — deep, ambiguous, internal. Textures were built layer by layer, like experiences that leave traces on the heart. Gilding attempted to protect the vulnerable. Relief embodied what had been lived through.
It was a process of cleansing — not through fire, but through silence.
Journey of the Painting
For seven years it stood silently in the studio. Not everyone stopped, but some lingered, as if recognizing something.
In 2024, the painting was acquired by a collector from Switzerland. He said only one sentence:
“I was searching for silence. And I think I found it here.”
Since that moment, the silence has truly come. And it has stayed.
